BACKGROUND Susanna Theo founded Protocol and Etiquette Services in 1998. She is trained and certified in all aspects of protocol and etiquette by The Protocol School of Washington®. Ms. Theo holds an Associate Science in Liberal Art Tidewater Community College, Certificate in Business Administration, Florida Metropolitan University, and has completed and received certification in VIRTUS training. Ms. Theo currently serves as a board member of ARC for Student Wellness. Ms. Theo is an International speaker, honored by the media, in Hampton Roads, VA, for her design and placement of etiquette programs that interface with private school curriculums. She is an author of magazine articles, and has a featured column appearing monthly in The Good Neighbor Gazette. Honors include appearing and participating as a guest expert on radio and television to include WNIS 850; WHRV 89.5; Studio UPN Live; Fox 43 Television News; WVEC13 News. Her work extends throughout the United States and around the globe. |
